Stephen is a dynamic public speaker, MarCom-award winning creative director, and Telly-award winning producer and director, as well as a published author. He has a wide range of experience in all facets of creative design, digital marketing, event design and craft beverage production. His keen ability to assimilate emerging technologies enables clients to deliver effective, relevant, and profitable solutions for successful business initiatives. He has conceived, coded, patented and brought to market a wide array of digital media, web, and multimedia solutions. He has trademarked numerous goods and services. He has delivered successful projects across a wide array of industry sectors including cybersecurity, healthcare, public sector, legal technology, market research, media publications, first responders, craft beverage, small business and non-profits. Engaged internationally as an event producer and audio engineer, his work has taken him to six continents with entertainers such as Matchbox20, Bon Jovi, Garth Brooks, Ted Nugent, Jars of Clay, Amy Grant, Tanya Tucker, Midnight Oil, and Julio Iglesias.
Stephen is currently the Chief Creative Officer at Fed Gov Today. Previously, he was the Chief Creative Officer and Chief Digital Officer at W2 Communication where he led the agency’s digital marketing and creative design divisions. Prior to W2, he and his wife Shannon co-founded Mesh Omnimedia, one of Northern Virginia’s premiere creative agencies. They have also co-founded Notaviva Farm Brewery & Winery on their family farm in Northern Virginia where he is the brewer, winemaker, vineyard manager and creative director. He is also the founder of the 21&Up Agency focused on integrated marketing solutions for the craft beverage industry.
